So, you joined the Dawnguard side and decided to turn to Vampire Lord after completing the main quest? And you are no longer able to trade items and take radiant quest from vampire hunters.
The irony is this: 1) Dawnguard tolerate Serana pretty well. They even let her to live at the Fort. 2) If you joined the Vampire faction, you can still trade with the Dawnguard using the Calm spell
This simple mod lets your vampire character to talk with Dawnguard members as normal.... BUT trust is not something you get for free.

Keep the vampire dust in your inventory while speaking with Dawnguard leaders. This will serve as some kind of proof that you killed enough vampires and Dawnguard can trust you.
Cenann - need 30 items of Vampire Dust Agmaer - need 20 items (because he is a newbie) Beleval - need 20 items (she's friendly enough even if player is a vampire) Durak - need 60 items (first, he is an Orc; second, he doesn't tolerate vampires at all) Sorine - need 50 items (you have to earn some trust to get advanced weapons) Gunmar - need 50 items Isran - need 100 items (because he is Isran, no need to explain)
The dust will not be removed from your inventory, you can "upgrade" your relationships step by step.
