Cynn's Honeyside Redone

Important Notes (at least read this!)

- When buying the house from the steward, only purchase the garden and porch decorations - DO NOT purchase any interior decorations, it will just waste your money!

- This is not the same as my Honeyside remodel for Oldrim, it is a completely new and different mod.

- My Honeyside has no children's room or space for more than one follower.  I made it for my character, and she's not a people person.

- Crafting: cookpot, oven, alchemy lab, enchanter, armor workbench and grindstone.  There is no anvil or smelter, but I added a chest at the Riften blacksmith that is linked to the "Smithing Supplies" storage in the house so you won't have to cart all of your materials back and forth.

- A small bathtub for bathing mods.

- Lots of storage - some custom, some generic.

- Plenty of bookshelf space.

- A spare bed for your follower that you can set up if you need it, or put away if you don't.

- Disenchanting font that will remove any player-added enchants and smithing upgrades from items placed in it.

- Hidden basement room with displays for every unique item in the game.  There's a book in the strongbox that lists all of the items that can be displayed.  If you're not interested in displays, just don't push the button next to the basement stairs and you'll never see them.

Compatibility

I didn't touch anything outside of the house except to add a chest at the blacksmith, so it should be compatible with any Riften overhaul mods.  At worst there may be clipping with the smithing chest, but nothing that will break your game.  Definitely compatible with Dawn of Skyrim, because I use that mod.  It should be compatible with Open Cities, but you won't have the smithing chest.

Load this mod before Open Cities and after any lighting overhauls you are using.

Thieve's Guild Treasure Fix - allows the Thieve's Guild trophies to be collected for display (Oldrim mod but super easy to port over, it's just an esp)

The Get Both Rewards Series - allows a lore-friendly way to get both quest rewards from Cidhna mine and Hircine's and Clavicus Vile's quests

Any mod that adds a smelter to Riften - I use Dawn of Skyrim, but there are a few others as well
