I added a few recipes for crafting gold ingots and soul gems.
100 Septims = Petty Soul Gem 4 Petty Soul Gems = Lesser Soul Gem 4 Lesser Soul Gems = Common Soul Gem 4 Common Soul Gems = Greater Soul Gem 4 Greater Soul Gems = Grand Soul Gems 4 Grand Soul Gems + Void Salts = Black Soul Gems
The ingots are crafted at a smelter and the soul gems at a forge.
It end up costing a lot more than just buying these but at least there's a reliable way to get them as opposed to waiting for merchants to stock up. Not lore-friendly i assume.
