Edit's the fresnel of the water shaders to be more lifelike.This allows the mod to still work with most other water mods and of course no performance loss (provided merge plugins correctly ssEdit).
Now flagged as esl so doesn't contribute to the limit
Also because only changes fresnel will work with ENB and parallax if you have the textures for it.
