📋 About This Mod

Adds cooking facilities to inns and optionally a cooking pot at the Miners' Camp in Kynesgrove. Cooking spits added to most inns and an optional rework of the Winking Skeever oven/fire.

Overview

This mod already incorporates USSEP changes and is ESL-flagged. The only conflicts would be if you have any mods that edit cells, e.g music or lighting mods (or Kynesgrove/The Winking Skeever/general inn overhauls).

Cooking Spits

• Braidwood Inn

• Dead Man's Drink

• Four Shields Tavern

• Frostfruit Inn

• The Frozen Hearth

• Moorside Inn

• Nightgate Inn

• Old Hroldan Inn

• Sleeping Giant Inn

• Vilemyr Inn

• Windpeak Inn

Optional

• Proper cooking facilities for the Miners' Camp outside Kynesgrove

• A cooking pot for the oven in The Winking Skeever (oven and associated objects were moved down to accommodate the player)

Not Affected

• The Bannered Mare - has a kitchen

• The Bee and Barb - has a 'kitchen'

• Candlehearth Hall - has a kitchen

• The Drunken Huntsman - already has a cooking spit

• New Gnisis Cornerclub - no fireplace

• The Retching Netch - already has a cooking pot

• Silver-Blood Inn - has a kitchen

• The Stumbling Sabrecat - not an inn, has a static cooking spit

Recommended Mods

• Universal Race Scale Remover SSE - fixes issues with scaled actors (e.g. children) using cooking pots (useful for Froa in Kynesgrove if you use Cutting Room Floor)

• Kynesgrove - adds more life and believability to Kynesgrove, as well as the rest of Arthmoor's villages series

• Enhanced Lighting for ENB (ELE) - it's what I'm using in the screenshots in inns

• A Cathedralist's ENB - the ENB in the Kynesgrove screenshot, a heavier-weight alternative to The Truth

Uninstalling

• The Inns only (without The Winking Skeever) file should theoretically be safe to uninstall because it only adds a handful of interactable objects.

• Kynesgrove would be somewhat safe as it slightly moves a single cast-iron pot (negligible impact).

• The Winking Skeever moves the entire oven and associated objects downwards (fire, sound markers etc.) as well as adding a cooking pot and second oven upside down to complete the chimney; it might be safe to uninstall but I don't know if the changes would be reverted, and you may end up with static objects and food flying everywhere as they clip with the reverted oven placement.

Merging

This mod should be safe to merge using zMerge etc., just make sure any mods that make changes to interior image
