Arcane Reflection is an effect from the Conduit mod. You teleport, then get brought back to your original spot a few seconds later with the health and magicka you originally had - unless you died in the meantime.
That last part didn't work well with alternate death mods. This patch, made with Arctal's permission, simply adds a check so the Arcane Reflection effect doesn't heal you if you're already in a bleedout state.
