Concentrative Fire and Frost Breaths

Now you can actually breath Fire  and Frost like a dragon. Depending on your gameplay difficulty you can customize your fire and frost shout damage through meditation on the word Yol, which will gift you a true vision of the pillars of the creation and devastation.

Installation.

Use NMM or simply copy the Data folder from the archive to the game's directory, where SkyrimLauncher.exe is located

Version 2. 0 (Current). I have completely overhauled those two shouts. While reading your reviews on the initial release I noticed several opinions in common that made sense. The first is that power of the shouts are worthless on higher difficulty, but on low difficulty they  are overpowered. So I decided to tweak the damage values of the shouts so that on Novice level it inputs normal reasonable amount of damage as well as on the Legendary level. And surely I made it customizable for you. From now on, the perk "The fire within" affects the Fire and frost breath shouts (the reason I stated in the game in the description of this perk). Therefore this perk now grants 400% additional damage added to the Fire and frost shouts.  SO, I strongly recommend that you activate this perk, via meditating on the word "Yol" with Parthuurnax when the game gets really hard or you play on legendary. If you are in the beginning of your adventures, you better dont meditate on the word Yol, otherwise you will be roasting everything on its way.  I also have tweaked the area impact of the shouts, since in vanilla it was weird that the shout would look as a real firestorm, but barely affect the person in front of you and completely disregard the mobs surrounding you. So now be careful, the heat and the cold can affect your followers near you and damage them. It is not just a weapon to show off with. I-Immersion.

Secondly, I took into consideration some of the wise suggestions, saying that there are too much plugins to install or messy installation, many patches and etc and etc.

So I packed everything into one file and now you are not supposed to have any issues with Parthuurnax greeting ceremony or weird symbols instead of the shout names and etc. I also removed the USSEP requireme
