Have you ever wondered why you couldn't buy higher level spells of schools you haven't trained in?
Even though you have the gold and the magicka to afford them?
Well, I don't know the answer to that, but the college has suddenly become more accommodating
College masters will ignore your skill level when offering spells, though master level spells will still require the master quest
This is a simple script edit
You must gain one increase in any skill before seeing any effects
A vendor restock may also be required
Probably compatible with anything
This is my fifth mod release, please excuse any mistakes and inform me of them
