Where her sister Solga took up mace and shield, Guzmara turned to books and lightning. She is a prodigy of the College of Winterhold and a master of shock magic.

  Backstory

  From birth it was clear Guzmara was different from her kin. She was smaller and oddly colored, but what stood out most was the gleam of intelligence in her newborn eyes. As she grew, the other orc children ostracized and bullied her, until her sister Solga found out and beat the offenders mercilessly. From then on Solga was always at her side, protecting her and urging her to follow her heart.

  Guzmara loved knowledge, history, and magic. Her clansmen told stories of a child who never forgot anything she saw or heard, and could repeat it in exact detail after a single glance. Her family and sister brought her books from all over Skyrim, and she devoured them so quickly she was forever hungry for more. She grew wiser than orcs many times her age, and it was fear of that growth that finally drove the elders to expel her from their lands. Solga, a warrior grown by then, escorted Guzmara to the College of Winterhold and left her to study in the Arcaneum.
