A charming, community-friendly librarian follower with over 570 voice lines.

I was hunting for a follower idea and landed on a librarian with real charm. She is designed to be community-friendly, with a lot of voice lines and some great features, and she has a way of growing on you. A big thank you to KiaraRedVA for her hard work and passion on this project. I have wanted to add more features and lines for a while, and I plan to, but my schedule has not let me revisit her yet. Keep an eye out, though: if Kiara is up for it, I am sure we will continue Astara's saga.

  Backstory

  The mysterious Astara Cosma grew up in Solitude, raised in a wealthy family that spared no expense on her magical training from a young age. She has an eidetic memory and reads far faster than most, and because she never forgets what she sees, she can pull up knowledge from books she read years ago.
