]Added Keywords to Falkreath Guard Cloaks for consistency with all other cloaks.[]Added a Tanning Rack to "The Frozen Hearth" in Winterhold to be able to craft the Winterhold Guard Cloak.
[]Added a Tanning Rack to "The Hall of Countenance" in the College of Winterhold to be able to craft the College of Winterhold Cloak. Added a light source to the room for visibility.
[]Added a Tanning Rack to "Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary" to be able to craft the Dark Brotherhood Cloak there.
