Cleaned Skyrim Special Edition Textures - Fixes

Big disclaimer note here: as of the latest update of CSSET this description isn't quite accurate. I'll come back and fix it after I'm finished with my other obligations, promise.

I consider CSSET by Kartoffels to be just as essential a mod as SMIM, but it does presently have a couple of issues. In most cases users don't notice them as they use retextures or mods that might remove the meshes using those textures entirely. I have run decompression upscalers on the associated textures to clean them and saved them with the proper alphas. If other issues come up I will add to this mod.

• []Fixed Dragon Priest diffuse map.

  []Fixed Tundra Shrub normal maps.

  []Fixed the projected noise texture (used for the snow shader).

  []Fixed the puddle decal normal map, an inverted what appeared to be an incorrectly inverted green channel in it. We're now officially onto plain vanilla fixes.

  []LATEST: Fixed the normal map of the puddle-y ground texture of Windhelm to not look terrible.

  []LATEST: Re-added increased resolution effects textures from special edition.
