Allows you to attack Imperial/Stormcloak/Thalmor patrols without getting bounty, also stops prisoner from reporting crimes and being aggressive.

This bug fix mod removes the bounty system for attacking Imperial, Stormcloak, and Thalmor patrols in Skyrim, addressing the vanilla inconsistency where killing enemy soldiers during the Civil War questline doesn't incur a bounty but attacking patrols does. It also prevents prisoners from reporting crimes and being aggressive. Version 1.1.0 further removes the Crime Faction from patrols for a more lenient experience. Compatible with Requiem.
