Children of the First - An Altmer NPC Overhaul

The Altmer, or High Elves, believe themselves to be the closest descendants of the Aldmer, the first elves of Tamriel. Their culture revolves around order, and treading the Path that will return them to the glory of their ancestors.

I've tried to incorporate Altmeri culture where possible: artful makeup, gilded details, pearls and abelone, shells and gems are common adornments for those who can afford them. The Thalmor, in defiance of the frivolous styles of nobility, favor darker, sleeker looks. Farmers and other peasants are even more practical. Additionally, it takes into account character traits, occupation, as well as the ever-important societal status of each individual.

As with the other mods of this series, I've added a variety of new (more saturated) skin tones, hair styles and other facial features, including teeth, brows, pigment variations, and eye colors. Like the other elves, they share more prominent ears and brow bones and tilted eyes with large irises. I've taken into account social status, age, lifestyle, etc. in my design choices as well.

Like the other mods in this series, all NPCs use a set of new, custom textures, assigned one of 4 different ones based on their age. All NPCs use high poly heads.

  While not strictly required, this mod was made with Expressive FaceGen Morphs and Expressive Facial Animations (Male and Female) active. Clipping may occur without them.
