DESCRIPTION
This is an add-on to Kinaga's Carriage and Ferry Travel Overhaul that adds a travel carriage to Winterhold. I added it partly for convenience and partly because I use Winterhold Restored which makes Winterhold into a proper town. Winterhold Restored is not required to use this mod but CFTO obviously is.
The plugin is flagged as an ESL so it won't take up precious slots in your load order!
