CC Tundra Homestead - Modular Tweaks

This modpage contains tweaks and plugins making small changes to Shadowfoot Sanctum creation, which you can mix and match to create your perfect Shadowfoot Sanctum experience.

MODULE DESCRIPTIONS

Clutter Reduction

Removes food and random items around the house. Results in less Havok bullshit and arguably more immersion.

Removes Alchemy table and related items.

No Enchanting

Removes Enchanting table and related items.

Removes a unique baking surface. Not only is it inconsistent with everywhere in the game requiring an over for the same functionality, it also doesn't have animations.

Removes trapdoor leading to the cellar, since cellar was mostly used for unique items displays.

No Beehives

Removes outdoor beehives.

No Smithing

Removes outdoor forge and related items.

Price Reduction

Homestead is basically less accessible Breezehome. It's functionality is also reduced by other modules on this page, so price reduction from 7000 (which is more than vanilla Breezehome with all upgrades) to 3500 is more reflective of the houses value. Since it's not a scripted value, you can also edit this module in XEdit to any price you desire.

Replaces children's beds with clutter. Additionally removes the ability to invite adopted children into the Homestead. Let my script override.

COMPATIBILITY

Most modules should be compatible with everything.

Tundra Homestead Exterior Cleanup is compatible, recommended, and was used in the exterior screenshot.

You can combine Child Free Tundra Homestead with my childfree module, if you prefer their interior changes. Just remove my ESP, but keep the script.
