CC Myrwatch - Tweaks and Enhancements (MyrTE)

Description

This mod started because I found Myrwatch to be way too easy to get. The only thing you need to do is cast Flames, a spell I may add, every player starts off with.

Mods like Rebalancing Anniversary Edition - Quest Requirements take this into consideration, by adding a Magicka requirement. It's a great mod and I would recommend it.

However, I wanted to add my own spin on it. In addition, there were several things that made it feel too playerhome-y. This is what I changed:

  []Added a cellar which now serves as the Gallery.[/]

  []Added a stairway instead of a magic portal, to get to the second floor and cellar.[/]

  []Added a vestibule, which has a note that will start another quest to purchase Myrwatch from Tolfdir. (see below)[/]

  []At the workshop, there are 2 new hallways, that lead to a quick exit and a balcony with a teleporter. However, those need to be unlocked by displaying a certain amount of artifacts in th Gallery.[/]

  []At the gallery, there's a bathroom, that needs to be unlocked, as well as a statue that provides buffs for crafting in Myrwatch.[/]

  []Each floor has its own Carpenter's Workbench, which allows you to craft displays, crafting statiosn and other stuff, for that floor.[/]

  Acquiring Myrwatch

  If you read the note in the vestibule it will inform you with the following:

  You'll need to talk to Tolfdir in the College of Winterhold and convince him to purchase Myrwatch.

  There are 3 ways:

  • []Complete Shalidor's Maze, obtain Diadem of the Savant[/]

    []Complete the College of Winterhold questline.[/]

    []A very hard Persuasion check.[/]

    After you've convinced him, you can purchase Myrwatch. The default price is 20,000 septims, but you can change this price by using a console command:

    set MyrTE_GLOB_HousePrice to X

    Whereas X is the amount of gold. (Default value is 20,000.) Keep in mind that if you edit this midgame that the value may not be correctly displayed in dialogue, but the actual price is.

    Displaying Artifacts

    It was previous owners' life goal to collect artifacts in Myrwatch. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fullfill that goal. However, they might still be watching...

    As such, you can display several unique artifacts in the cellar.

    To start off with, you will need to build proper sections for several themes. At the carpenter's workbench in the cellar, you can build the following sections:
