CC Crossbows - Thaumaturgy Patch

Adds and distributes enchanted CC Crossbows for Thaumaturgy. Should work with most mods that distribute the CC Crossbows since like nobody wants to touch enchanted leveled lists anyways. Though it doesn't -need- one, I highly suggest a mod that DOES distribute them since they also rebalance them. Right now I'm using the RCBE crossbow integration (alongside RCBE itself, of course.)

  []Imperial Crossbows have enchants matching Imperial Bows. If this goes against your distro mod balance, just use the older version of the patch :)[/]

  []In Thaumaturgy the Dwarven Crossbow lists in DLC1 is a tier higher in terms of what enchantments it spawns with. I've left those lists alone and made my own general dwarven crossbow enchant list, so Disguised Hunters still get their funny crossbows.[/]

  []I didn't change the rewards of quests, so quests that give a random enchanted bow will still give a bow. Best go shopping or dungeon diving for crossbows![/]

Load order doesn't matter too much, but I suggest double checking conflicts yourself. Load low enough it loads after fixes, but above any other loot overhauls in case they remove the enchanted levelled lists from blacksmiths or chests (because some mods want enchants to be impossible to find). Will need minor patching for anything that touches the merchant chests of the Solitude Fletcher and The Drunken Huntsman since they're the only stores that directly reference the enchanted bow levelled lists. I've included one for Kachunk.

Note about AEGIS:

AEGIS disables the only enchanted crossbow level list in vanilla, and doesn't distribute enchanted crossbows -at all-. This patch is technically compatible, but goes against the intended design. Up to you if you want to run them together or not.

I used the synthesis patcher BitterlyIronic linked in their Reforging to the Masses Thaumaturgy Patch to generate the enchanted variants, then did most of the leveled list work in xedit, since I needed to build out custom ones anyways.
