Description
Capital Windhelm Expansion is a great mod, however, it can cause heavy performance drops, especially with big mod load orders, that's why I decided to make a lite version. More than 150 objects were disabled to improve performance. This mod doesn't have an esp, the ini file for Base Object Swapper was made via ESP to BOS'Inator (xEdit Script)
