Campfire - Primitive Shelter

I started a survival playthrough in the middle of the frozen nowhere and was annoyed by the fact that I needed to find pelts before I could even sleep, so I threw this together.  This will add the ability to craft a leaf pile to sleep on, and a shelter made of branches.  The shelter is just a primitive structure to keep the rain off, with a place to sleep underneath - it won't keep you as warm as an actual tent, but can keep you from freezing to death quite as fast.

Update 1. 3 adds an elevated shelter and a yurt to the survival crafting menu.

I also added a recipe for a storage cart to the forge crafting menu.  I use Tentapalooza (which has portable containers) but it bugged me that you can put 500 pounds of gear in a bag and then pick it up and it weighs basically nothing, so I made a container that looks like a cart with a chest in it.  It's just a static model - the cart doesn't move - but now I can at least pretend that it makes sense.

And I added a couple recipes to the survival menu:

- Campfire's cooking pot can now also be crafted from the cast iron pots and kettles you find lying around, because I

should be able to cook if I found a pot.

- Lockpicks can be crafted from the embalming picks you find in crypts, because I play with a mod that removes most

lockpicks from loot, and they kind of look like lockpicks anyway- big thank you to esmerelde for the idea!
