📋 About This Mod
Description
I wanted a simple system where you could buy new saddles and armors for your horse without the overhead of a huge horse overhaul like Immersive Horses + Craftable barding or Convenient horses. I was also not a huge fan of many of the saddles in those compilation as they were very low resolution textures or they just stuck out in the Skyrim universe. So my goal was to put together a group of Saddles and Armors that were as high quality as I could get. With that in mind this mod contains the following:
Stormcloak Saddle - Recolor from Yee Haaaa Horse Saddle Retexture
Fancy Saddle - Fancy Variant from Yee Haaaa Horse Saddle Retexture
Bard Saddle - More Saddles SSE
Hunter Saddle - More Saddles SSE
Big Game Hunter Saddle - More Saddles SSE
Knight Saddle - More Saddles SSE
Traveler Saddle - More Saddles SSE
Dawnguard Armor - More Saddles SSE
Imperial Armor - Skyrim Immersive Creatures
Stormcloak Armor - Skyrim Immersive Creatures
Leather Armor - Armored SabreCat Mount
Steel Armor - Armored SabreCat Mount
Ebony Armor - Armored SabreCat Mount
Dragonbone Armor - Horse Armors SSE
Daedric Armor - Horse Armors SSE
Along with that I have also made various changes. I have also removed both skirts from Dragonbone and Daedric horse armors. They were not high resolution textures and I couldn't get them to a point where I liked it. The horse armors will be covered by your Armor Retextures, and I have linked various saddle textures below that will be used throughout the other saddles.
Every saddle has a cost to buy ranging from 50 to 500 gold. You should be able to buy the saddles from any horse vendor.
The Dawnguard armor requires you to join the Dawnguard, and the Dark Brotherhood saddle requires you to join the Dark Brotherhood. At the moment there are no other requirements on the other armors/saddles.
Compatibility
I do not know how this will play with mods that allow you to own multiple horses, but chances are it wont work well.
