Borshag- Orc Tank- Companion- Follower- Bodyguard

As she is a member of the Mor Khazgur Orc faction, you will need to gain entree into the confidence of the Orcs of Skyrim if you are not already playing as an Orsimer character (assuming you actually play the game and don't console-command your way through it). This, you can achieve in 1 of several ways:

1)(EASIEST)- Alternate Start- Begin the game as an Orc, and travel the short distance from Dushnikh Yal (your starting point) to Mor Khazgur.

2)(2ND EASIEST)- Complete a quest given by Ghorza gra-Bagol, Markarth's blacksmith, by obtaining 'The Last Scabbard Of Akrash'. Once you have completed the task, ask her to make you 'Blood-Kin to The Orcs', which will allow you access to all strongholds, their mines/etc.

3) If you approach a stronghold outright as a Non-Orc, a guard will halt your advance and tell you that to gain the confidence of the Orcs, you will need complete a task to show you're worthy, which will be to bring them 'The Forgemaster's Fingers'.

~ Borshag is NOT Essential, Meaning, She CAN Be Killed! . . . . You Will Both Need to Fight as if Your Lives Depended On It! ~
