DESCRIPTION

She's from an anime called One Piece. I don't watch the show so I'm not familiar with her. I watched a few videos of her on youtube to see how she fights at least. She's skyrimized so instead of using attacks that involve pistols, they're more like arrows. So she shoots magic arrows from her hands. She also punches people maybe. She'll probably opt use her spells mostly though.

She was stranded at sea and eventually rescued by fishermen from Winterhold. She heard about her friends being in Solitude and decided to head there hoping to reunite with them.
