📋 About This Mod
Human Blood for Vampire and Cannibals (available in en/de)
Blood Bank is a small Skyrim Special Edition mod that adds five bottles of blood per day from Babette in the Dark Brotherhood, plus a craftable version using a Human Heart. For vampires, it acts as a feeding substitute; for cannibals who completed Namira's quest, it boosts stamina regeneration. Compatible with SSE, available in English and German.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid niche utility for vampire playthroughs (177 endorsements).
- Craftable alternative means you're not locked into joining the Dark Brotherhood.
- Simple drop-in install with no extra dependencies.
⚠️ Cons
- No effect for non-vampire, non-cannibal characters, so it's useless for most builds.
- Last updated in 2016, so it may have compatibility issues with newer Skyrim SE patches.
- Only adds a consumable item—no new quests or mechanics beyond the potion effect.
For vampire roleplayers who want a convenient way to feed without hunting NPCs, and for cannibal characters who want a stamina boost. Skip if you're playing a normal character or want more substantial content.
💡 Beginner Tips
- If you're on Skyrim SE, make sure the mod is activated in your load order after installation.
- If you don't want to join the Dark Brotherhood, craft the blood at a cookpot using a Human Heart.
- The potion only works if you're a vampire or have completed Namira's quest—check your character's status before using.
