In Skyrim there are blind NPCs that move as if they had normal sight, namely Dexion Evicus after reading the elder scroll, he will have a blindfold but will move as if nothing had happen to his vision, this mod will play animations for when he walk around to improve immersion and consistency.

The update extends the arms more to have a "larger search radius" with the arms.
These animations also work on the blind NPCs in Mihail's Handicapped Citizens, more NPCs can be added through the condition.txt in case there are more blind NPCs in the game or added by mods, and is also possible to have the animation play when wearing an item of your choice through the condition.txt too.
