Mod Description
NPC and Player will use Blind people animations when it's really dark or when blinded by spell.
NPC and player will use animations when:
LightLevel is less than 1
NPC or player is not Vampire
NPC or player is not Khajiit
Not under "Night Eye" effect
Not inside Home, Inn, Guild etc.
Under "Crying Eye" spell
Under "Dazzling Flash" sell
