📋 About This Mod

The modding community has my full permission for any updates on my existing mods as long as credit is given for the original work. I may return to modding sometime in the future but as of now it simply isn't possible. Thank you again for your support!

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Massive community favorite with 14,566 endorsements and 1.8M downloads
- Huge build variety with 400+ options keeps you busy for hours
- Adds a full town, not just a house—plenty of space to make it your own
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2016—might have issues with newer Skyrim SE patches
- Large mod with many build options could be overwhelming or performance-heavy on lower-end PCs
For Skyrim players who love Hearthfire's building mechanics and want a massive, customizable town to call home. If you're a completionist who enjoys collecting and displaying artifacts, this is a must-have. Skip if you prefer simple, ready-made homes without construction.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's a buildable town, start by gathering materials like lumber and clay before you begin construction.
- Use the displays for Dragon Priest Masks and Claws to show off your collection—plan your layout around them.
- If you're using other mods that alter The Rift, check for conflicts to avoid terrain issues.
