The Blackened Steel Armor and Weapon Set by @mmccarthy4 is one of the best looking sets IMO. It’s also extremely powerful and craftable with Alvor’s free ingots in Riverwood. This patch rebalances both the Weapon stats and crafting recipes to be more reasonable so that players don't end up an OP equipment set out of the gate and lose out on the sense of progression.
