So, the more muscular look happens if you use Bits and Pieces (BnP) newest version 1. 8.
I used the 8k version of 1. 8 for the muscular screenshots and the older version of BnP for the less muscular screens.
If you use the older version of BnP, Fair Skin, or Realore, etc... the result will be less muscular.
Keep that in mind before you post in the comments that it doesn't look like the screenshots.
