When using Bijin Lydia with Improved Follower Dialogue - Lydia there is a disconnect between Lydia's new face and her new voice this patch tries to correct this little issue and allows them to associate.
If you are using the latest version of Improved Follower Dialogue - Lydia, you should use the patch available in the fomod, This patch is for people who don't want to start a new game just to update to V4.
This was a personal mod I made because :

Thanks to all of you bullying me in the comments, I have conceded and created AIO versions of the patch that are now available.
By request, I've added a patch for Davoker's Bijin Warmaidens - Alternative Versions.
By request, I've added a patch for if you used the fomod to select specific Bijin Warmaidens and have separated out Lydia.
These mods should not affect her appearance. Just allow the unique voice to be used.
Lydia may still use phantom lines that don't use her new voice. I don't know if this is because my patch is trash or if it's because I have so many mods that alter her somewhere else.
