For example, beyond skyrim bruma has CyrodillClear weather in the region records. It is now replaced with SkyrimClear weather.
If there is, however, a solution for this already; let me know in the comments!
(I honestly haven't invested enough time yet with Beyond Skyrim Bruma or Beyond Reach. And in my quick search, I found almost no mods doing anything related to the weather except for NAT and Picturesque)
