Better Fortify Smithing - And Enchanting - Enchantment

I've included 3 versions in the FOMOD installer, one scales 1 to 1 Smithing to Enchanting (100% scaling), the next scales 1 to 0. 5 (50% scaling), and the final scales 1 to 0. 25 (25% scaling).

Changes "Fortify Smithing" to "Fortify Smithing and Enchanting". Choose different Enchanting scales via FOMOD installer. ESP Flagged as ESL so it doesn't take a spot in your load order.

Wish there was a fortify enchanting enchantment, but there is none? Playing a NO ALCHEMY playthrough, but want a bit of an enchanting buff? Playing with a mod like Skyrim Alchemy Fixed and wish that SOMETHING buffed enchanting, just a little, that was already in the game?

Then this mod is for you!!!

Changes the base magic effect in the game for Fortify Smithing to Fortify Smithing and Enchanting, so existing vanilla and most added items with a Fortify Smithing enchantment become Fortify Smithing and Enchanting items (like The Forgemaster's Fingers for instance).

If the item is disenchantable and you do so you will learn the enchantment. If you have already learned Fortify Smithing it becomes Fortify Smithing and Enchanting. Items that you already enchanted with Fortify Smithing become Fortify Smithing and Enchanting.

I made the 50% the default in the FOMOD Installer, but the 25% is the most balanced. With 100% things can get out of hand quickly at high levels. TBH I've only played a whole playthrough with the 100% and 50% versions, so I'm not sure how the 25% is in early game. The fact I created a 25% version should say something about how powerful this mod can be.
