1k, 2k, 4k versions from (256 "world" and 1k "inventory" original)
The books in Skyrim are divided into "inventory" and "world" version. Originally the inventory version is 1024 resolution, and the world version is 256 resolution. You can see the easy fix. Then I also upscaled.

So Skyrim has separate textures for "inventory" and "world". So if I look at a book on the ground it is shitty "256x256", then if I pick it up and look in the inventory it is "1k". So for 1k textures of "world", you simply need to overwrite the "world" textures with the "inventory" textures. Which I did
I ran across this when I was upscaling the clutter folder. So, too much time later I have this mod for you.
all textures -> clean compression artifacts with BC1smooth2 model.
diffuse textures -> upscale by 4x with a bunch of random ML image models, then I compare for best result. To make 2k textures, I resize the 4x version by 0. 5x using lanczos.
All versions have 1k normals.
