I've "made this mod" because I use (and love) Yggdrasil Music and SoundFX Overhaul SE, but the vanilla level up screen music, with its long, loud, drawn out HOO-HA-HOO!! HOO-HA! HOAAAAH!! really annoyed me.
It interuppted the cool Yggdrasil music and went on for way too long to boot.
Well, no more! After just a few minutes of using Google, I found what I consider a perfect fit to be used with Yggdrasil.
Note that this mod does not require Yggdrasil.
It will work with any other sound and music mod (or even purely vanilla) as long as it does not replace these files:

music\mus_levelup_03.wav/.xwm
Otherwise, if you want to use this mod, make sure to install this mod after other mods that touch those files.
If you're using MO2, it's as simple as dragging my mod down in your left pane.
