It ain't a perfect fix, but it's a fix. :P Navmeshed, but some plants might be floating depending upon what grass mod you use.
Tried to replicate the homestead stairs, but yeah that wasn't happening. That stair type is actually part of the outside of the Homestead, making matching it a nightmare. Did the best I could! :)
If the floating shrubs bother you a ton, just open the console and disable them XD
