📋 About This Mod
ABOUT
This mod allows the player to automatically consume food and potions when their health/stamina/magicka falls below a specified percentage and applies poisons automatically both in and out of combat.
FEATURES
-
[]Supports all food items/potions with a single restore health/stamina/magicka effect, and all poisons. Includes CACO potions.
[
]Consumes items according to priorities making this process as efficient as possible (see below).[]Allows player to delay the consumption to emulate a cooldown.
[]Allows player to control the amount of stat recovery.
[]Allows player to skip the eating/drinking animations/effects for uninterrupted combat.
[]Gives a warning if they run out of food and potions (only for health).
[]Configurable via MCM.
NOTES
1. Multiple items will be consumed according to your stat loss. If you lost 50 HP, then multiple items will be consumed to recover 50 HP.
2. Priority factors are as follows :
-
[]Food / Potions = food -> potions.
[]Type of food = raw food -> fruit/vegetables -> vanilla food -> cooked food -> beverages.
[]Food factors = lowest restoring + highest weight -> lowest weight + highest restoring.
- Potion factors = vanilla lowest restoring -> vanilla highest restoring -> custom lowest restoring -> custom highest restoring.
3. For poisons, apply the poison once, then the mod will apply the same poison every time as long as you have them in your inventory.
If you plan to use the auto-poisoning feature, I highly recommended you use the updated version of Enhanced No Poison Dialogues to avoid vanilla popup spam. Bear in mind that ENPD is a DLL-based mod, so it's likely to break during a Creation Club update. I would further recommend you set your game to not update until launched via Steam and always launch Steam first, then SKSE64 or use SkyrimSE.exe Auto Backup to ensure you don't get surprised by any updates.
Also, I would recommend you disable food consumption in the MCM if you use a primary needs mod such as iNeed.
UNINSTALLATION
1. Disable "Enable AutoConsumePotions" from Mod Configuration Menu then close the menu OR type "stopquest tpACPQuest" in console.2. Save your game.
3. Deactivate mod and delete it.

📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 809 endorsements and over 20k downloads.
- Saves you from pausing mid-fight to chug potions—just set it and forget it.
- Works both in and out of combat, so you're covered whether you're dungeon crawling or just exploring.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2019, so it might not be compatible with the latest Skyrim SE patches or other mods.
- No detailed feature list, so you'll have to test how it handles different consumables and situations.
- Potential conflicts with other gameplay mods that alter potion or food behavior—check your load order.
For Skyrim SE players who hate pausing to manage consumables and want a more fluid combat experience. If you're a casual player who just wants convenience, this is for you. Skip if you prefer manual control over your potions or if you're running a heavily modded setup that might clash.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to place this mod in your load order after any mods that change potion or food effects to avoid conflicts.
- Test the auto-consume behavior in a safe area first to see how it prioritizes which consumables to use.
