Now, these upcoming followers are all using the new eye models from LevisageDeDior Amazing mod creator who gave his time to make these new eyes. The thing is, it's a pain on the ass to get the models completely standalone. So your goal is to install them yourself. YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING MODS!

[]Advanced Eyes Addon for (CVEO) by LDD[/]
[]Complete Vanilla Eye Overhaul (CVEO) by LDD[/]
[]LDD - Better Eye Shape for HPH|[/]
You are going to install these mods and get the optional EFM patch on the AEA modpage if you use Expressive Facegen Morphs. These replaces the eye meshes from your racemenu. It's a complete overhaul, so you get tons of detail and awesomeness. You can still use your og eyes. It only affects your character, of course it won't change the eyes of every npc on skyrim. It's just for player, or when more modders decide to use these eyes for replacers.
So load order has to be (in order)
1. CVEO
2. LDD
3. AEA
4. EFM AEA Patch
That's all you have to do. Nothing else. Now let's go back to the normal description
