  Suggestions:

  Seasons of Skyrim - cycle the trees to autumn and winter variants (more in the image section)

  Nature of the Wild Lands - Animations addon - tree animations will bring more life and vibrancy to Arboreum

  Wind framework also recommended - although I did not test for the unused assets here from notwl, if the mod covers them or not

  This mod is just trees but it is not a city/settlement conversion into a forest full of shade. Empty spaces here are important to bring about open space depth, uncluttered layout design, light and a more interesting composition to the area. The images are not a great way to show this.

  Choose from the installer the city or cities you want, they are optional. The small settlements are bundled together.

  You do not need city mods to use this.

  Each has its own mix type of trees and approach to make them feel different from each other and stand apart with their own characteristics, and with an eye for regional differences. Smaller settlements are meddled out and in-between. Cities outskirts and dock areas are not the focus of this mod so they remain untouched. (and no willows added. Riverwood and Falkreath are expected to be a bit denser and so they are)

  Below are the places covered with all but relative and subjective descriptions for each area, along with a list of variations in the installer for other mods.

  Keep in mind that the files for mods displayed here have adjustments, and that some of them add trees, some have minor changes others more deviations or dedicated versions. The base is the same shown in the images more or less.  Results will vary depending on what you use. Its up to you to find out in-game what you like best - showcases for all variations of this is too much time consuming for me. I had fun with the amazing mods listed here.
