Apostasy Framework
This is a Framework / Modder's Resource mod that introduces some custom AVs and background scalers and controllers, to be used as a requirement for other mods I have created. You do not need this mod unless it is a requirement for another mod.
New Actor Values
This section will discuss the new actor values added by this mod. All actor values should have an example use case or effect in this mod that can be referenced for creating your own effects off of this framework. Some actor values are only useable if you have other mods created by myself due to the way some logic has to be baked in.
[]AlterationCostAlt: Scales Alteration spell cost in the same way that vanilla's AlterationModifier actor value does.
[]ConjurationCostAlt: Scales Conjuration spell cost in the same way that vanilla's ConjurationModifier actor value does.
[]DestructionCostAlt: Scales Destruction spell cost in the same way that vanilla's DestructionModifier actor value does.
[]IllusionCostAlt: Scales Illusion spell cost in the same way that vanilla's IllusionModifier actor value does.
[]FortifyCastSpeed: Fortifies casting speed. Requires Magic Casting Utilities or aTweaks and Utilities.
[]FortifyEnchantments: Scales the power of weapon enchantments. This is not the same as scaling the magnitude of an enchantment when it is added to an item, meaning it works with non-player-created enchantments and effects.
[]FortifyPoiseDamage: Scales the amount of Stagger (or Poise) damage dealt by the actor's attacks. Utilizes vanilla's Mod Target Stagger perk entry. Does not work with loki's POISE mod, as that mod ignores vanilla perk entries. Probably not compatible with Blade and Blunt due to how it reworks the Stagger system.
[]FortifyShoutRecovery: Reduces the cooldown of an actor's shouts. Scales multiplicatively with vanilla's ShoutRecoveryMult. Requires Shout Recovery Utilities.
[]FortifyStaminaCost: Reduces the cost of an actor's power attacks and the stamina used to draw a bow (works with mods that use SimonMagus' MAG_BowStaminaDrainKeyword on effects that drain stamina while drawing a bow).
[]ResistPoiseDamage: Scales the amount of incoming Stagger (or Poise) damage
