Disables the Sunder and Wraithguard Creation. These two probably have the best excuse to still be around, but why would they be inside an ancient vault? The notes are gone and the Sightless Vault cannot be opened.

Disables the Umbra Creation. Umbra was destroyed/absorbed by Clavicus Vile in the books that were published before Skyrim came out. It was a whole thing. The notes are gone and the dungeon is inaccessable.

Disables the Staff of Sheogorath Creation. This staff isn't an ordinary artifact but an extension of Sheogorath's being. Whoever wields it IS Sheogorath. It can't be wielded by anyone else. The notes and the Fork of Horripilation are gone.

Disables the Divine Crusader Creation. The relics belong in Cyrodiil and the quest was incredibly lame compared to the rather good Knights of the Nine questline in Oblivion. The bandits are gone.
