Long description
The Gislinge
The Gislinge is a boat was found 30 years ago on the island of Sjælland in Denmark, near the village of Gislinge.
It would date from the year 1130, end of the Viking Age.
Shortly after this archaeological discovery, the Viking Ship Museum (Roskilde) made a replica of the Gislinge.
A few years ago they decided to make it an Open Source project so that everyone could build their own.
Since many people have started on this project, you can see one of these projects in this short video.

A few months ago I came across a very good 3D replica made by Opus Poly that he recreated using this open source project.
When I saw this boat I thought it would be really cool in Skyrim. So I adapted it and converted it to the best for the game. I also added a lot of color to the vertices.
It therefore replaces the Vanilla RowBoat.
I didn't keep the mast, the sail and the ropes because this mesh already has a lot of poly. Then three-quarters of Skyrim's rowboats are moored or ashore.
So by removing these parts their number is divided by almost two. (I'm currently working on an even more optimized version, which removes unnecessary little details, I'll put it in the optional files when it's done.)
Why use Base Object Swapper of PO3 if it's a mesh replacement?
Although I adapted this new mesh as much as possible to the Vanilla mesh, the Vanilla mesh has a big mistake in its design.
