SMP added to the skirt. There's a long version and a short version. Comes in 6 colors.
I can't seem to figure out why the upper body SMP doesn't work on the long dress, if anyone knows what's up please let me know so I can fix it. (Now fixed! I still don't know what was wrong with it though)

You will need extended esl support if your game version is below 1. 6. 1130, racemenu for NiOverride heels, and FSMP for the dress.
