Vigilant Adalvald believed he found the location of an ancient vampire artifact in Dimhollow Crypt. His suspicions were correct, but he never returned to report his discovery. He left behind the home in which he conducted his vampire research.

  []Mannequins, weapon plaques/racks, dagger display cases, bookshelves, planters

  []All crafting except a smelter (home is very close to Dawnstar which has 2 smelters)

  Just outside of Dawnstar, behind the barracks and across from the Khajiit caravan camp (see images). The home will appear on your map when you install the mod, but you'll have to discover it to be able to fast travel there.

  Two Ways To Obtain The Key:

  • []Loot it from Adalvald's corpse in Dimhollow Crypt during the Dawnguard DLC main quest.

    []Behind the house, there is a satchel in the snow inside the only snowberries bush.
