The Great City Of Winterhold and its The Frosted Hammer addon are great mods that adds a few new NPCs, however as far as I can see, there are no overhauls of them, leaving you with ugly vanilla-style NPCs. This mod aims to fix that.
What does it do?
Gives the NPCs added by The Great City Of Winterhold and its Frosted Hammer addon an appearance overhaul with high poly heads and apachii sky hair (as vanilla hair is ugly). I've taken screenshots of what they look like. ESL flagged.
Installation/Uninstallation
It should be safe to install/uninstall at any time. Simply download the mod and install it with your favourite mod manager.
Conflicts
As far as I know no other mod edits or overhauls the same NPCs so should be compatible with everything.
