This build is a lightweight DLL replacement for Wheeler - Quick Action Wheel of Skyrim.
It expands the glyph range to support Latin Extended-A characters (for Polish, Turkish, Czech, etc.), restores full reskin support, and includes significant stability fixes for a crash-free experience.
