Put the data folder into your SkyrimSE folder (where TESV.exe is)

Or just download it with the your mod manager of choice.

After loading the preset the face is deformed and not at all as in the screenshots?

Go to the "sculpt" section in racemenu and then press "import sculpt".

Select the one you already loaded as a preset and then accept.
