It adds high quality textures combined with UV improved, parallax enhanced meshes and works as a replacer for Default Skyrim textures and meshes. You better don't use TextureOptimizer or something alike, the main textures are packed to highest level, only some parallax maps are uncompressed greyscale images and show up distorted if compressed. They are the same size as a compressed, transparent 512 texture and won't lower your performance anyway.
you can choose from different variations in download section, there is nothing to intimidate the user from choosing what ever he think it's best for his game and his taste. the mod offer: a none ENB version comes without the Parallax effect for all the color choices and file sizes.
