It's just a dress for female characters with UNP body. As you see (at the screenshots), this mod requares HighHeel system. I will not make non-HighHeel version, because it's a dress and I don't see other type of shoes with it.
All textures have a very high quality. I decided to make it of velvet fabric. Maybe because of my inspiration by Deadhead moth. So, I tried to give my dress all colours of thi vespertine dress.
You can find clothing at Radiant Raiment (Solitude). There is a new big chest inside of the shop. You will notice him. Because it's big. Really.
Or use AddItemMenu.
Vespertine is colorful, Equinox is monochrome.
