Originally this was just going to be a tweak of Tamu75's Unique Grasses and Groundcovers plugin to add more grass density, but I started to reintroduce some of my favourite grasses from SFO and Unbelievable grasses into the plugin, and before I knew it I had a whole new grass look for Skyrim.

This grass plugin is my personal take on skyrim's landscape, and almost all areas of skyrim have lots of dense grass. This mod uses the Grass on Steroids tweak, so people with medium to low end machines should be able to run this with less of an FPS hit than some other grass mods. I've also included a 1k grass version and a 512 version for extra performance.

This mod uses grasses from SFO, Unique Grasses, Unbelievable Grass, Tamriel Reloaded - Grass and Hoddminir's Flowers, but it is standalone and has no requirements.

SKYRIM. INI SETTINGS (put under ):

iMaxGrassTypesPerTexure=15 (Always, even with SFO)

iMinGrassSize=70  (This is my personal setting, but for even more groundcover go as low as 60 for lots of grass density or as high as 100 for extra performance; I will not support or encourage anyone to go lower than 60 ever)

INSTALLATION:

NMM or MO, pick your poison.

You could install manually, but it's a lot of textures/meshes to delete, so I would recommend using a mod manager.

UNINSTALLATION:

Just uninstall as you would normally with your preferred mod manager of choice; nothing should get left behind.

Uninstalling manually is a very bad idea, and I wouldn't advise it unless you like going through a ton of files.

LOAD ORDER:

Load and install this AFTER SFO and any other mods that alter the landscape, specifically mods that add grasses to the game.

IF YOU USE THE FULL VERSION/ROCK GRASS VERSION OF THIS MOD, ALWAYS PUT IT AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR LOAD ORDER FOR BEST LOOK.

COMPATIBILITY:

-Skyrim Flora Overhaul - This only affects grass, so there will be no problems with the awesome trees that Vurt delivers, but be sure to load this AFTER SFO and INSTALL AFTER SFO, otherwise the grasses will look strange.

-Dark Fantasy Overhaul - This is compatible;
