Description: This is a big player home bathhouse with a nice outside area of Paradise Valley. The entrance to the valley is located close to whiterun above the white river next to the road leading to riften. The original NPC can be replaced by your favourite NPC's and 15 more can be just invited to live there including your spouse.

The home has following features:

• 4 different texture sets with different visuals and resolutions can be chosen at install.
• A Master Bedroom with a small whirlpool and resting area, a restroom, a shower and a libary that should hold all the books of skyrim and many containers for safekeeping.
• Optional childs room with adoption possibilities when Hearthfire DLC is present (see adoption section below)
• A big main Pool area
• A sauna
• Showers
• A leisure area with whirlpool, fireplaces and a throne
• A bar area
• Big kitchen including fridge baking oven and a garbage incinerator
• A sleeping area for the girls
• A couple of restrooms
• Some Fountains and washing places
• A chapel with shrines
• Guard armory with shooting range and 4 guard NPC that can be exchanged to followers by dialogue. Also a practice dummy that grant experience when used.
• A display room with mannequins, display cases and weapon racks as well as an artifact museum where you can store all kinds of weapons, shields, claws and masks
• A maintenance room and a working area with all the stuff you need to craft and enchant. Lots of storage in this area as well
• A beautiful cavern with an underground river, ore and ingredient spots and much more
• Dark Area for those evil npc and players including a jail and blood pools. The cell file also has a bigger torture area.
• A secret hidden room and a hidden area (happy hunting). Some nice help buttons can be found here.
• A teleport room to all cities, player houses, dragoun mounts, military camps and 2 custom teleports to be set by spell. All teleports are scripted, so no all questmarkers point to one room issue.
• A teleport spell to the bathhouse.
• 10 additional slots to invite followers to live there.
• 4 more slots for evil npc to polulate the dark area.
• 2 jail slots to inprison an outside npc in the jail area. Occupants can as well be sent to jail when deserving punishment.
• A slot to invite your wife to live there independent from the optional hearthfire adoption system.
• Autosorting system that places all items placed into one container into 21 different containers depending on
